Our Mission:
Diligence Applied Ministries exists for the creation, distribution and promotion of Biblical, Reformed, and Baptist educational materials. Our goal is to aid the body of Christ in diligently applying to their faith virtue, knowledge, self-control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection and love. It is our firm belief that “…if you practice these qualities you will never fall” -2 Peter 1:5-10 .
What Is Reformed?
The term reformed is used here to describe a specific theology coming out of the reformation period. It makes particular reference to a Calvinistic view of Soteriology (salvation), and a belief in the five solas of the reformation: Salvation is by (1)Grace alone, through (2)Faith alone, in (3)Christ alone, as revealed in the (4)Scriptures alone to the (5)Glory of God alone.

H. Robert Anderssen
Robert is an ordained Southern Baptist minister. He served as Senior Pastor of Community Baptist Church in Apalachin, NY for 2.5 years before moving to Bastrop, TX, where he is currently serving as the Pastor/Teacher at Trinity Baptist Church of Smithville, TX. He earned his Bachelor of Religious Education from Practical Bible College (now Davis College), and is currently working on a Master’s degree through Reformed Theological Seminary. He is the husband of Sheila (20 years), and the father of Alyssa (18), Gabriel (14), and Xian (12).
Leonard A. Flack
Len is a Christ-following husband, father, pastor and geek. He surrendered to Christ shortly before finishing high school, and went on to earn an A.A.S. in Bible and a B.R.E. in Theology and Church Ministries from Davis College. Len now serves as a Pastor/Elder of North Country Fellowship Church in Carthage, New York. He is married to his college sweet-heart, Diana, and is also the father of Elijah and Moriah.
Jeremy J. Lundmark
Jeremy has served at the Community Baptist Church in Apalachin, NY since May 2005. During that time he has served as Assosciate Pastor, Interim-Senior Pastor, and currently serves as the Senior Pastor.He is the President and Founder of Diligence Applied Ministries. He has earned an A.A. from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA and a Bachelor’s of Religious Education (B.R.E.) from Davis College in Johnson City, NY. He is the husband of Alison and father of Alexander and Brionna.
Chris Vitarelli
Chris is a pastor, an author, a singer, an actor, a father, a husband, a handyman and a student. He graduated from Cedarville University with a B.A. in Bible and Christian Education and is currently pursuing his M.A. in Religion. He served as the Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor of Lakewood Baptist Church in Lakewood, NY for over 11 years. He is currently pursuing God’s call on his life to plant Horizon Church in Michigan. He and his wife Jody have produced a singing Album “To Hold You” and he is currently awaiting his first book release. Chris and Jody have four kids.
